Chic Stay Near the Opera House

The hotel boasts an excellent design within a historic building. My room included heated bathroom floors, a really nice touch. The shower was powerful. It gave me one of the best showering experiences I have had in a hotel. The spa treatments were comforting (Diana's hands were magic!).

The minibar bill included a charge for mixed nuts that I was initially told would be waived due to service issues, but then I received a follow-up email insisting on payment.
